You can download VorbisTools from BeBits, or use the links below. There are three archives, one contains just the executables, one contains the source, the other contains both. The executables are for R5 Intel and apparently work with R4.5.2. If you are a R4.5.2 or PPC users I would suggest you try the source.

For those of you with Pentium Pro and pentium II processors there is also an optimised version of VorbisTools.
